Winnie the Pooh

They chased away the queen, embracing Winnie the pooh
As visionary cowards, fearing the loss of power, with nothing else to do
In the spirit of democracy, held talks, behind closed doors
Now the citizenry wonders, why the national debt soars
And the national cake, has a foreign spore
A spore that grows, as long as, things remain closed

So Winnie grins, shaking hands, as honey he willingly gives
To clueless kings, salivating greed, hand ready in the jar to dip
Oblivious, of the progress they impede
Turning nations, into pupating bees
Everywhere Winnie ‘s been, he always leaves, his worker bees
For they’re experienced, and the kings, always have to sign the fine print

A time will come, when Winnie’s world will crush
Going down with us, in an economic downfall on Winnie’s indebted bus
